Faults in accessories

Damage in Shipment
Rimi International Co. Ltd. shows the images of the vehicle right after it enters into the yard. Rimi International Co. Ltd. will not be responsible if damage occurs during the shipment or after the shipment. Customer can request for insurance to cover any possible loses at additional cost.

Rimi International Co. Ltd. will compensate the buyer if purchased vehicle is canceled by Rimi International Co. Ltd. (expect vehicles with faulty engine /transmission, vehicles which fail Inspection or are contaminated with radiation). Vehicle is considered purchased if payment has already been received. Rimi International Co. Ltd. will not accept any claim if vehicle is damaged during the container shipment.
Once the vessel has departed form Japan Rimi International Co. Ltd. will not accept any claim for damage arising due to delay at sea.
Rimi International Co. Ltd. will not charge for amendments to client if mistake is made by Rimi International Co. Ltd.. Rimi International Co. Ltd. will charge the buyer if mistake over the B/L is due to incorrect information provided by the buyer.
